At icebook, we stand behind the quality of our laptops. This Warranty Service outlines the coverage and terms for your icebook product, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
- icebook Laptops (Main Unit): 24-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
- Consumable/Accessory Parts: 6-month warranty for easily worn components, including but not limited to batteries, power adapters, keyboard skins, and screen protectors.
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions, including:
- Malfunctions of internal components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, etc.) due to manufacturing issues.
- Functional failures of covered parts within the warranty period, excluding damage from improper use.
The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts) or improper handling.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratched casings, faded keys) beyond functional failure.
- Damage from natural disasters, power surges, or third-party accessories.
- Products without a valid purchase receipt or with altered serial numbers.
4. How to Claim Warranty Service
- Prepare your original purchase receipt and the product’s serial number (located on the bottom of the laptop).

- Our team will verify coverage and guide you through the repair or replacement process (e.g., shipping instructions for faulty products).
- Warranty service includes free repair or replacement of defective parts (we reserve the right to use new or refurbished parts of equal quality).
- Shipping costs for warranty claims may be covered by icebook, depending on your location—our support team will confirm details.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
